📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the leasing process for premium retail and commercial spaces, ensuring timely and efficient transactions.
• Identify and attract potential tenants through market research, networking, and targeted marketing efforts.
• Negotiate lease agreements, ensuring that they are in the best interests of Lippo Malls Indonesia.
• Manage tenant relationships, ensuring that they are satisfied and that their needs are met.
• Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities in the retail and commercial sectors.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including property management, marketing, and finance, to ensure that our spaces are always filled with the best tenants.
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in retail leasing.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of leasing activities and market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail leasing, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the retail and commercial sectors, including market trends, tenant demands, and leasing best practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, developers, and investors.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and report preparation.
• Certification in Property Management or Retail Leasing is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
