Becton Dickinson Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting and financial reporting processes for our intercompany transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting and financial reporting processes for intercompany transactions.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.,Monitor and manage the budgeting process for intercompany transactions.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
