Accor Group is looking for an Assistant Internal Audit to join our team in Tangerang, Banten. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Identifying risks and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.,Providing support to the audit team in planning and executing audit activities.,Conducting data analysis to support audit findings and recommendations.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of audit activities and findings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and data analysis tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
