📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and update social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.),Create and schedule engaging posts, including graphics, videos, and stories,Monitor and respond to comments and messages from followers,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies,Analyze social media metrics and provide insights for improvement,Engage with our audience by participating in relevant conversations,Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices,Assist in organizing social media campaigns and promotions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field,1-3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms,Creative and innovative mindset with excellent design skills,Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social),Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva)
