📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our new and used car offerings.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.,Oversee all marketing activities, including advertising, promotions, and events, to maximize brand visibility and customer engagement.,Monitor market trends and competition to ensure our marketing strategies remain effective and innovative.,Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Report to senior management on marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.,Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient use of resources to achieve maximum return on investment.,Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales targets and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a CMO or similar role in the automotive industry, preferably with a focus on new and used cars.,Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with a track record of successful campaign execution.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proficiency in using marketing tools and technologies, including CRM systems, analytics software, and social media platforms.,Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Knowledge of the Indonesian automotive market and industry trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
