📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Help in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.,Support the HR team in conducting employee training and development programs.,Assist in the maintenance of HR records and compliance with labor laws.,Help in the planning and execution of HR projects and initiatives.,Support the HR team in managing employee engagement and satisfaction surveys.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with employee benefits administration is a plus.
