📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Manage and develop a team of sales associates, providing training and guidance to enhance performance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and retail management tools.,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
