📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize our online store to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers,Drive sales growth through targeted marketing campaigns and promotions,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement e-commerce strategies,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement,Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or a related field,Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with digital marketing and analytics tools is a plus
