📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair Labtec equipment, including balances, titrators, and other analytical instruments.
• Provide on-site service and support to customers in Bali, ensuring their equipment operates at optimal performance.
• Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Perform calibration and verification of Labtec equipment to meet industry standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your technical skills and knowledge.
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Document all service activities and maintain accurate records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service engineering, preferably in the laboratory equipment industry.
• Certification in Labtec equipment, such as Mettler Toledo's Labtec Service Technician or similar.
• Familiarity with Labtec equipment software, including LabXpert and LabXpert Balance.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
