📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning and execution of interior fit-out projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to cost and schedule constraints.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with project specifications.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring they meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and change orders.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure the fit-out aligns with the overall project vision.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the project, ensuring smooth progress and client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior fit-out project coordination or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Certification in Lean Construction or Six Sigma is a plus.
