📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of vehicles.,Ensure that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards, including regular inspections, repairs, and servicing.,Manage the fleet's fuel and maintenance costs, including negotiating with suppliers and tracking expenses.,Ensure that all drivers are safe and well-trained, including regular safety briefings, training sessions, and accident investigations.,Monitor the fleet's performance, including fuel efficiency, vehicle utilization, and on-time delivery rates.,Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure that the fleet is meeting the needs of the business.,Ensure that all fleet-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including vehicle logs, maintenance records, and driver records.,Work with the company's insurance provider to ensure that all vehicles are properly insured and that any claims are handled promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.,A strong understanding of fleet management software and systems, such as SAP or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a team and under pressure.,A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,A strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures, with the ability to ensure that all drivers and vehicles comply with these regulations.,A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,A competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.,A willingness to travel, as required.
