📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate employee relations, including addressing concerns and conflicts.,Support the HR team in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs.,Assist in the preparation and administration of employee benefits and compensation.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.,Support the HR team in any other duties as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with HR metrics and reporting.,Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
