Asia Snack is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. This is a hybrid role, combining in-store operations with remote support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing a team of associates, and ensuring that our stores meet and exceed customer expectations. You will also work closely with the regional management team to implement and execute strategic initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
  • Manage and mentor a team of associates, providing training and development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth.
  • Work with the regional management team to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct regular store audits to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant retail management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and best practices.
  • Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote support.
