PT Duta Lestari is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Banquet Staff to join our team. As a Banquet Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our banquet services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting in the preparation and execution of banquet events, including setup, service, and cleanup.,Ensuring the food and beverage needs of guests are met promptly and efficiently.,Providing excellent customer service to guests and ensuring their satisfaction.,Working closely with the event coordinator to ensure all event details are met.,Maintaining a clean and organized banquet area.,Assisting in the training and supervision of other banquet staff members.,Handling any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during events.,Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with banquet equipment and tools.,Knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule.
