📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement business strategies.,Ensure that all operations are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.,Develop and maintain effective communication channels with all departments.,Ensure that all employees are trained and equipped with the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.,Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all company assets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
