Sentral Lestari Geprek is looking for a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team in Seminyak. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to manage our outlet operations while working remotely and on-site.

As an Outlet Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our outlet, managing staff, and delivering exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily outlet operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of food hygiene.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.,Oversee the financial performance of the outlet, including budgeting and cost control.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company-wide initiatives and policies.,Promote and uphold the company's values and brand image.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, and food hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe) is a plus.
