Home Life Mandiri is looking for a dedicated and friendly Waitress to join our team. As a Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.,Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Ensure that food and beverages are served promptly and correctly.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area.,Handle cash transactions and manage the cash drawer.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.,Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.,Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waitress or similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage terminology.,Ability to stand for long periods of time.,Flexibility to work hybrid schedule.
