This is a full-time position, and we are looking for candidates who are available to work in Surabaya, Jawa Timur.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conduct quality checks on dental services and products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Document and report any quality issues or defects.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures.
  • Maintain and update quality control records and reports.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Dental Technology, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in quality control or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of dental products, materials, and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and guidelines in the dental industry.
