• Performing a variety of laboratory tests, including but not limited to blood tests, urine tests, and other diagnostic procedures.
• Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results by following standardized protocols and quality control measures.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to interpret test results and provide recommendations for patient care.
• Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment, including automated analyzers, microscopes, and other specialized tools.
• Documenting and recording test results, patient information, and other relevant data in a secure and organized manner.
• Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our laboratory services.
• Providing technical support and training to other laboratory staff as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines governing laboratory operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Certification as a Laboratory Technician or a similar relevant certification.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, including but not limited to hematology, chemistry, and microbiology.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software, such as automated analyzers, microscopes, and laboratory information systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and precision in all laboratory procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
