📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft, fraud, and other security risks.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of retail stores to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Monitor store traffic and customer behavior to detect unusual activities and potential security threats.
• Collaborate with retail managers and security teams to address security concerns and implement preventive measures.
• Train and educate retail staff on loss prevention best practices and security protocols.
• Utilize surveillance systems and other security tools to monitor store activities and respond to security incidents.
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents and loss prevention activities for reporting and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Security Management, or a similar discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in loss prevention, security, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and security best practices.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies.
