📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Manage cash and inventory levels,Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships,Assist in training new staff members,Perform other related duties as assigned

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashier or retail environment,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and inventory management,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems,Good understanding of basic accounting principles,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
