Home New Dinamis is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Surabaya. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly targets. If you are passionate about sales and have a proven track record of success, we want to hear from you!

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and follow-ups.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.,Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly and professionally.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.,Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to showcase our products/services.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to promote our products/services and drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
