📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage merger and acquisition projects from initiation to completion.,Provide strategic advice and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.,Develop and implement transaction strategies and plans.,Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for M&A transactions.,Coordinate with legal, financial, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction execution.,Monitor and report on project progress and performance.,Mentor and develop junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, or a related field.,Professional certification in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) is a plus.,Strong understanding of Indonesian business environment and regulations.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
