Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of production facilities, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.,Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.,Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and risks.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders to ensure timely and efficient maintenance activities.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and breakdowns, minimizing downtime and production losses.,Lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of maintenance activities with production and quality objectives.,Maintain and update maintenance records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant maintenance, with a focus on industrial or manufacturing environments.,Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems, including CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).,Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment.,Experience in developing and implementing maintenance strategies and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards, with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.🛠️ Keahlian
