📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the construction of high-end residential projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Manage and supervise a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure that all construction activities comply with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation as required.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers and construction workers as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end residential construction.
  • Proven track record of successfully completing complex construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with construction software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
