📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control to minimize waste and maximize sales.,Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Work closely with the regional manager to achieve overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or department.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Knowledge of retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
