🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in collections and customer relations.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and Excel for data analysis and management.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in collections management or related field is a plus.
