📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of healthcare centers, ensuring high standards of patient care and service.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including licensing, accreditation, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with local healthcare providers, government agencies, and community organizations to address community health needs.
• Develop and maintain budgets, financial plans, and reports for healthcare centers.
• Participate in community health initiatives and events, promoting the health and well-being of the local population.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in community healthcare, and implement innovative solutions to enhance our services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing healthcare operations and improving patient outcomes.
• Strong understanding of community health needs and the ability to develop and implement effective healthcare strategies.
