In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks, including daily room inspections, laundry management, and the upkeep of common areas. You will work closely with the Head Housekeeper to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room inspections and cleaning tasks to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Manage laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
• Maintain and restock common areas such as lobbies, restaurants, and swimming pools.
• Work closely with the Head Housekeeper to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Handle and dispose of waste materials in accordance with environmental regulations.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of guest rooms for check-in and check-out.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and restock as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with cleaning software and tools such as Housekeeping Management Systems (HMS).
• Valid certification in hospitality or housekeeping (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
