📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver high-quality Mandarin language courses using Indonesian as the medium of instruction.
• Create and update lesson plans, syllabi, and teaching materials to meet the needs of our diverse student body.
• Conduct regular classes, provide personalized feedback, and assess student progress.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and engaging learning experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent teaching experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Mandarin language, preferably using Indonesian as the medium of instruction.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and Indonesian languages, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances.
• Experience with teaching adults or young learners, depending on the specific program requirements.
• Knowledge of educational technology and e-learning platforms, such as Zoom, Google Classroom, or Moodle.
