• Manage and coordinate the maintenance, calibration, and servicing of medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Schedule and oversee maintenance activities, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, and other equipment-related services.
• Maintain detailed records of all equipment and patient care activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care and operational excellence.
• Monitor equipment usage and performance, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
• Provide technical support and training to healthcare staff on the proper use and maintenance of medical equipment.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and procedures for patient care and equipment management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical service coordination or equipment management role.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating medical equipment maintenance and servicing.
• Strong knowledge of medical equipment and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with medical equipment management software such as MedAssets or similar.
