Keen Point is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Quality Engineer (PQE) to join our Manufacturing Excellence team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the highest quality standards and continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.

As a PQE, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control systems, conducting process improvements, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures.
  • Conduct process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Train and mentor team members on quality control and continuous improvement practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive manufacturing excellence.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality control or process improvement role.
  • Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
