As the Director of Higher Education, you will be responsible for overseeing all academic programs, curriculum development, and faculty support. Your daily tasks will include coordinating with deans and department heads, managing student enrollment and academic performance, and implementing innovative teaching methods. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the development and implementation of academic programs and curricula.
• Manage faculty recruitment, training, and performance.
• Coordinate with deans and department heads to ensure academic standards are met.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve student enrollment and academic performance.
• Collaborate with policymakers to drive strategic initiatives in higher education.
• Monitor and report on academic outcomes and institutional performance.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
• Represent the institution at national and regional educational conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Higher Education Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Education, Higher Education Administration, or a related field, preferably with a focus on educational leadership.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in higher education administration, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing academic programs and faculty.
• Strong understanding of national and regional educational policies and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using educational management software such as PowerSchool, Banner, or similar systems.
• Certification in Higher Education Leadership (CHEL) or equivalent is a plus.
