📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, ensuring they deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement creative design strategies that align with the company's vision and client objectives.
• Oversee the creation of brand identities, including logos, color schemes, and typography.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling visual content for campaigns and promotions.
• Utilize industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva to produce high-quality designs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our work remains innovative and relevant.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, providing clear and persuasive arguments for your recommendations.
• Manage and optimize design projects using project management tools like Asana or Trello.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
• Proven experience in creating and executing creative design strategies for various industries.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including brand identities, digital media, and print materials.
