📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Negotiate and draft contracts with suppliers, customers, and partners.
• Monitor contract performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with the trading and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to provide valuable insights.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate contract status and recommendations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of contract management systems and tools.
• Provide support to the legal team in contract-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in contract analysis, depending on the level (Junior or Senior).
• Strong knowledge of contract law and industry-specific regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with contract management software such as ContractWorks, Ariba, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
